SmartImage provides free browser-based image tools including but not limited to: resizing, compressing, converting, cropping, rotating, blurring, adding borders, watermarks, background removal, OCR, QR code generation, and meme creation. All processing occurs in your browser — no files are uploaded to our servers.

3. Use of service

You agree to use SmartImage only for lawful purposes. You may:

• ✅ Process as many images as you want
• ✅ Process any image you legally own or have rights to

You may not:

• ❌ Use the service for any illegal activity
• ❌ Process images you don't own or have rights to
• ❌ Process illegal content (CSAM, terrorism, etc.)
• ❌ Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the service
• ❌ Scrape, copy, or redistribute our code without permission
• ❌ Remove or alter copyright notices

4. Intellectual property

The SmartImage website, code, design, and branding are owned by Eng. Amer Ali / iCoreUX.com and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our code without written permission.

Your images remain 100% yours. We claim no rights over any image you process using our tools.

5. No warranty

SmartImage is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties about the accuracy of results (image quality, OCR accuracy, etc.)

While we strive for high quality, results depend on your browser, device, and the specific image being processed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eng. Amer Ali / iCoreUX.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or files
• Loss of profits or business
• Any damages resulting from tool outputs

Since all processing happens in your browser and we never receive your files, we have no ability to recover them. Always keep backups of important images.

7. Third-party content

SmartImage displays ads via Adsterra. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, nor for any products or services advertised. Any transactions with advertisers are solely between you and them.

8. External links

Our site contains links to other websites (iCoreUX ecosystem, external resources). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

9. Availability

We aim to keep SmartImage available 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control (server outages, DDoS, etc.).

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of SmartImage after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to block access to SmartImage from any user who violates these terms, especially in cases of illegal activity or abuse.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jordan.
